Anesu Nyatsanza is a senior health‑systems practitioner and health economist with over 25 years’ experience strengthening medicines management, service delivery, and operational efficiency across community pharmacy, hospital practice, pharmaceutical industry operations, and homecare settings. His work focuses on improving the quality, equity, efficiency and sustainability of health systems and healthcare delivery,  and supporting evidence‑based decision making through the integration of clinical expertise and applied health economic analysis. Anesu's research portfolio includes a budget impact assessment examining how shifts in dialysis modalities could generate long‑term cost savings and improve resource allocation for the NHS. He has also contributed to a healthcare waste‑management optimisation project that identified inefficiencies, quantified financial impact, and proposed data‑driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
