Inspired by our commitment to research capacity strengthening, we established the Key Milestones Initiative in 2022 to support early- and mid-career researchers in achieving their self-defined goals and propelling them to the next stage of their careers. This includes support in the following areas:

• Research partnerships

• Public engagement

• Conference presentations
